At least some good news. Pilipinas Shell and Petron Corp. announced on Monday that they will cut oil prices by as much as P1 per liter effective midnight Tuesday. At 12:01 a.m., Shell will cut diesel, kerosene, Super Unleaded E10 gasoline, Unleaded premium, and V-Power prices by P1 per liter, while the price of regular gasoline will be slashed by P0.50 per liter
