These are the first official photos of the Etios (and probably one of the first in the World Wide Web and definitely the first among Philippine automotive blogs/ magazines!)
This is the Toyota Etios sedan, unveiled just moments ago at the Auto Expo 2010 in India. The models feature newly developed 1.2 and 1.5 litre gasoline engines. The sedan version will be launched in India by end 2010 and the hatchback will follow by 2011. Though officially a concept it pretty much looks like a production model without the impossible production-grade materials and styling.
The Fact is Toyota will sell a similar car in China, Brazil and South East Asia, according to Executive Vice President Yukitoshi Funo.
The question: Will this really replace the Vios and compete against the City?
